Eleven Months

You are one busy baby girl! You say three words: hi, Mama, and Dada. You say hi all by yourself and always paired  with a waving hand! With some coaxing and funny faces from us you say the other two words.

You are a SPEED crawler. I don't think you will be in a huge hurry to walk since you get around so fast by crawling. You pull yourself up on everything! You are especially fast at getting around when there is something you are trying to get-like Mommy's makeup and Easton's toys.

You have the cutest, funniest laugh. It's half growl, half giggle. You have the cutest toothy grin. You now have two top teeth and two bottom teeth, with two more on top about to break through.

You find your brother hilarious and he LOVES to make you laugh. He runs around the house in circles just to hear you giggle.

You love being outside. You are intrigued by grass and love to try to eat leaves.

You can't get enough of the bath. When anyone is in the bath you crawl into  the bathroom and try to climb in the tub. You are our little fish.

You love to cuddle. You pretend to be shy when you first meet people but after some hiding and cuddling into my neck you give them your adorable toothy grin.

I can't believe you are almost one year old baby girl!

A new skill I learned

Drawing a spider.

Something I'm working on
staying in my own bed all night.

Covered the dog in yogurt. Locked Mama out of the house.

Something I did that was kind

Helped Mama make eggs.

Funny thing I said

Hi! To a girl in the store followed by (very loudly) Mama I really like that girl! I take her home.

Funny thing Mommy said/did

She did a funny little dance when I locked her out.

Fun activity

Picnic at my friend Eli's house.

Stayed at Grandma's while Mommy and Daddy had a weekend date.

A new skill I learned

Sorting. I love sorting things into groups.

Dumped an entire bottle of baby shampoo in my bath. Added some of Mama's face wash for good measure. Then threw all the bubbles  on the walls. 

Something I did that was kind

Put my arm around baby and held on to her so she would be "safe".

Funny thing I said

Mama you go out my room? I need some privacy.

Funny thing Mommy said/did

 Don't headbutt your sister.

Fun activity

 Doing the dishes. I used every last drop of Mama's soap :-)  The whole kitchen smelled Dawn clean.

Locked me and baby Kinley and Mommy in my room.

Held baby sister. Told her I like her so much.

Funny thing I said

Train woke me up last night. Said hello Easton. I said train you wake me up. That make me not happy. Hello train!

Funny thing Mommy said/did

She got really worked up when I threw some of her makeup in the toilet and flushed it. She got it out super fast. Then she washed her hands over and over. Silly Mama.

Fun activity

Made cupcakes and decorated them. I brought some to my neighbors.

Ten Months

Ten months old baby girl! You have been busy this month. You have gotten crazy fast speed crawling! I set you on the ground, turn around 2.5 seconds later and say, "Oh dear, where is the baby?" You got another tooth! It's been trying to break through all month. Now you have one tooth on top and one on bottom. You have another peeking on the bottom but it's not through yet. You are so good at pulling yourself up! You love standing up and have great balance. Usually you start jumping and dancing too! Beautiful baby girl you are like a ray of sunshine in this incredibly long and cold winter :-)  Here are some pics.
